Under the general direction of the Site Director/Manager Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment/employment, organizational development and employment law compliance, benefits administration, training, performance management, on-boarding, and policy implementation.\nJob Responsibilities\nSite HR Business Partner - Organizational Development\nWe are looking for a Site HRBP with strong Organizational Development experience to partner with site leadership and support the development of a high-performing organization.\nThe successful candidate will combine solid HR generalist capabilities with hands-on expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, employee engagement, talent and leadership development, and culture.\nMain responsibilities:\nPartner with site leaders on organizational and people priorities.\nDrive Organizational Development and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nSupport change management, leadership development, talent and succession activities.\nLead employee engagement and culture initiatives.\nSupport performance management and employee development.\nManage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.\nSupport recruitment, selection, offers, and onboarding for white collar employees. \nEnsure compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies.\nSupport HR systems, reporting, benefits, occupational health/return-to-work processes, and HR projects\n\nJob Qualifications\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\n\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.\nMaster Degree prefered. \n5+ years HRBP experience.\nProven Organizational Development experience.\nExperience supporting manufacturing or operational environments preferred.\nExperience in change management, engagement, talent development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.\nStrong communication, influencing, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.\nHands-on, business-oriented approach with the ability to operate strategically and operationally\nHR Data analytics tools. \nWe’ll offer you fantastic challenges and amazing opportunities.
