(MVPs), web applications, APIs, dashboards, and data-driven tools.\n\nParticipate in applied research and technology development projects in water resources, irrigation, agriculture, environmental management, construction, infrastructure, and related fields.\n\nIntegrate AI models, databases, APIs, GIS, satellite data, and other relevant technologies into practical applications.\n\nIdentify emerging technologies, research opportunities, innovation challenges, and potential funding opportunities.\n\nSupport the preparation of technical proposals, research concepts, project applications, and technology development plans.\n\nEstablish and maintain professional networks with universities, research institutions, technology developers, and prospective project partners.\n\nContribute to developing innovative products, digital tools, and commercially viable technology solutions.\n\nPrepare technical documentation, project reports, demonstrations, and presentations of developed solutions.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nApplicants must meet the following requirements:\n\nA Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.\n\nDemonstrated practical knowledge of software development and programming.\n\nWorking knowledge of AI applications, machine learning, generative AI, or AI model integration.\n\nParticipation in at least one genuine software development, AI, or digital technology project.\n\nAbility to demonstrate personal technical contributions to a project and explain the technologies and methods used.\n\nGood analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to work independently, learn new technologies, and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.\n\nDesirable Skills and Experience\n\nThe following will be considered advantageous:\n\nProficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages.\n\nExperience in web application development, database management, API integration, and software deployment.\n\nPractical experience integrating AI models or developing AI-powered applications.\n\nFamiliarity with Git, Linux, cloud computing, and modern software development practices.\n\nExperience with data analysis, visualization, GIS, remote sensing, satellite data, or Internet of Things (IoT).\n\nParticipation in technology innovation, research, entrepreneurship, or product development initiatives.\n\nExperience collaborating with universities, research institutions, technology companies, or development organizations.\n\nRequired Professional Attributes\n\nGKP is particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:\n\nStrong practical and technical
