For this role, we are looking for the candidate to be based in Gurgaon, India.\nWe are seeking a seasoned D2C leader with deep expertise in growth, P&L ownership, and channel management, and the ability to operate in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. The person will be responsible for the end-to-end P&L, growth, and management of our brands (Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure) on D2C website.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end D2C P&L, driving topline and bottom-line targets through sell-through planning, inventory health tracking, and pricing/promotions strategy.\n\nLead annual budgeting, planning cycles, and the D2C event calendar - festive periods, platform sale days and align website creative to each cycle.\n\nCo-own the performance marketing investment across Google and Facebook with marketing to deliver revenue targets\n\nCo-Own the SEO/GEO charter with marketing for the D2C website, driving organic and AI-led traffic growth.\n\nBuild the retention/growth engine that drives repeat purchase, leveraging 1P data-led re-engagement across email, WhatsApp, and AI-calling.\n\nOwn the platform roadmap (Shopify) and manage key 3rd-party integrations - payment gateway, checkout, martech tools, logistics aggregators, loyalty and OMS\n\nCo-Own logistics performance with distributor and SCM - TAT adherence, RTO%, and COD/prepaid mix - to optimize delivery cost and customer experience.\n\nCo-Own CRM performance, monitoring CSAT, FCR, FRT, and SLA adherence to ensure a consistently strong customer experience.\n\nLead and mentor D2C growth manager, Product manager and Merchandiser & manage relationships with external agencies and partners across marketing, technology, distributor and logistics.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nAnalytical\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies across the full funnel.\n\nComfort owning and interpreting P&L, performance marketing, and retention metrics to drive business decisions.\n\nTechnical\nWorking knowledge of Shopify and the broader Martech, payments, and logistics ecosystem.\n\nIn-depth understanding of performance marketing concepts, including ROAS, CAC, and conversion optimization.\n\nStrong understanding of SEO/GEO best practices and tools.\n\nProficient in Microsoft applications -
