You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to build compelling web and email experiences that showcase our products and strengthen our brand presence.\nThis is a dynamic, multi-brand position that requires the ability to seamlessly navigate between business priorities, manage content across various CMS platforms, and maintain product catalogs for multiple eCommerce websites.\nFront End Developer Responsibilities:\nOversee the management and execution of tasks across multiple DTC sites for various brands, each on different platforms and developmental stages.\nDeploy and QA digital content and promotions across multiple brands using Website & CRM content management system platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Emarsys, and Klaviyo.\nImprove the front-end interface of the website to enhance user experience, including navigation, layout, and overall usability, leading to increased customer satisfaction and engagement.\nManage and update the product catalog on the e-commerce platforms, including adding new products, updating product information, and optimizing product listings for search and discovery.\nImplement on-page and technical SEO best practices to improve website visibility, organic search rankings, and traffic from search engines, resulting in increased organic traffic and revenue.\nCollaborate with various stakeholders including designers, product managers, content producers, QA engineers and release engineers, driving projects throughout the development lifecycle.\nUse understanding of technology and brand positioning to effectively create product and UX suggestions that balance development effort for the best ROI.\nUtilize Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and propose enhancements to optimize the user experience and conversion rates.\nWork cross functionally to ensure pricing, product and promo offers are up to date and fully functional across all sites.\nMonitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance, ensuring a smooth and seamless browsing experience for users.\nEnsure that the website is fully optimized for mobile devices, providing a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for mobile users and maximizing mobile conversion rates.\nDevelop strategies to optimize conversion rates, such as improving product page design, streamlining checkout process, and integrating persuasive call-to-action elements, resulting in increased sales and revenue.\nEducation and skills\nBachelor's degree from a 4 year university or college\n2+ years of professional experience in related position\nExtensive experience with web technologies.\nStrong modern cross-platform software development skills.\nPreferred:\nProficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a minimum.\nProficient in debugging DOM objects in Chrome or similar environment.\nstrong experience with web frameworks like react.js or knockout.js\nREST: 1 year\nCandidate will be responsible for using their knowledge of programming languages to develop superior user experiences which includes reducing consumer friction points, optimizing layouts and visual elements, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions, and keeping our technology set up to date with latest industry advancements.\nWhat we can offer you:\nThe opportunity to develop your career on a global stage, continuous learning through an on-demand learning platform, and a competitive compensation package including staff discounts, generous family leave policy, health & dental plan, competitive salary, 401K.
