developing, maintaining, and executing robust supply plans that ensure the availability of finished goods across the UK and EU network while optimising inventory levels and minimising SLOB-related risks.\nJob Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain short, medium, and long-term supply plans\nManage purchase order creation for products sourced from co-manufacturers and co-packers\nEnsure inventory levels remain aligned to customer requirements, and working capital objectives.\nMonitor and manage stock health, identifying risks of excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory\nManage inter-3PL stock transfers to optimise inventory availability across the network.\nMaintain planning master data including planning parameters (MOQ/batch settings)\nInvestigate supply exceptions and stock shortages, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.\nReview forecast updates and assess implications for supply plans.\nEngage proactively with suppliers to understand risks, constraints, and opportunities.\nIssue rolling forecasts to co-manufacturing partners.\nRequirements\nEssential\nExperience within Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Operations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExcellent data interpretation and reporting skills.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\nExperience working within ERP/MRP environments.\nAbility to influence decisions across multiple functions.\nContinuous improvement mindset.\nDesirable\nExperience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food, Beverage, or Nutrition industries.\nSAP experience.\nJDA / Blue Yonder planning experience.\nExperience supporting system implementations or process transformation initiatives.\nKnowledge of inventory optimisation and forecasting principles.\nExperience using Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, Power BI, SAC, or similar technologies to automate processes, generate insights, and support supply planning decisions.\nDemonstrated ability to identify digitalisation and automation opportunities that improve planning effectiveness and efficiency\nBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related
