About the Role

Glance AI is building AI-native consumer experiences for millions of users. We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong consumer-product judgment with a builder’s mindset. Someone who thinks deeply about how a product feels and behaves, not just what features it has.

You will own consumer-facing experiences end to end, from understanding the user problem and shaping the experience to launch, adoption, engagement, and iteration. This is a role for someone who moves fast, stays close to users and design, and is comfortable changing direction when a better idea emerges.

What You’ll Own

• Own consumer journeys and experiences, not just individual features.
• Identify meaningful user problems and turn them into clear product priorities.
• Work closely with design to shape intuitive, engaging, and differentiated interactions.
• Think deeply about flows, states, feedback, discovery, and how users experience the product end to end.
• Drive activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
• Work with engineering and AI teams to understand what is possible, where the experience can break, and the right product trade-offs.
• Use user behavior, research, experiments, and judgment to improve the product continuously.
• Prioritize sharply and move ideas from decision to users quickly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer technology.
• Experience building and shipping consumer products used at meaningful scale.
• Strong product taste and an instinct for good UX and interaction design.
• A deep understanding of user behavior and what makes experiences intuitive, useful, and habitforming.
• Ability to look beyond a feature request and solve the underlying user problem.
• Strong execution and prioritization skills.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data, and business teams.
• A hands-on relationship with generative AI.

You may have already shipped GenAI products, or you may be a strong consumer PM who actively experiments with AI and builds with it. What matters is that you are curious about what AI makes possible and can translate that into experiences that feel genuinely better for users.
