If you're excited to be part of a winning start-up team and enjoy working with data, solving problems and improving processes, make your next career move with us! \nAs an SFA in the FP&A team at Glance, you will be responsible for driving monthly revenue closing, MIS reporting, financial reporting and automation initiatives. You will work closely with Business Finance, Accounting, Controllership and business teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting, effective reconciliations and integrity of financial information. \nThe role will involve owning recurring MIS and reporting processes, identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting, and driving process improvements to improve efficiency, scalability and accuracy. You will also support P&L reporting, variance analysis, forecasting and other FP&A activities while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting discipline. \nKey Responsibilities \nOwn the monthly revenue closure process, ensuring timely, accurate and complete revenue reporting across OEMs, businesses and markets. \nDrive end-to-end coordination with Business Finance, Accounting, Controllership and business teams to resolve revenue variances, adjustments, accruals and reconciliation items. \nPrepare and publish monthly MIS and management reporting, providing clear visibility on revenue and key business performance metrics. \nOwn recurring revenue MIS, dashboards and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and timely submission. \nPartner with Accounting/Controllership to ensure revenue recognition, invoicing, accruals and financial reporting are accurate and audit ready. \nDrive reporting automation using tools such as Databricks, Power BI and Advanced Excel to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy and shorten reporting timelines. \nIdentify gaps in existing reporting processes and drive standardization, controls and process improvements across FP&A and revenue reporting. \nSupport monthly P&L closure and management reporting, including revenue, cost and key business performance metrics. \nPrepare ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases and executive reporting as required. \nContinuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve FP&A processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. \nRequired Skills & Qualifications \nMBA (Finance) or Chartered accountant with 2-3 years of experience in FP&A. \nUnderstanding of revenue reporting, forecasting, and performance management. \nExperience in handling month-end close processes, variance analysis, and management reporting, MIS Reporting \nExperience with Advance Excel, dashboarding tools such as Power BI, or similar visualization tools. \nDemonstrated ability to drive automation, process improvements, and reporting efficiencies. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment. \n\n\"InMobi / Glance collects and processes personal data such as your name, contact details, resume and other information that may contain personal data for the purpose of processing your application.
