You will also help develop assembly concepts, strengthen our design standards, and build scalable CAD and planning processes.\nYour Impact\nThe designs and manufacturing documentation you create will become part of some of the world’s largest industrial solar-thermal plants-helping heavy industry reduce emissions while improving energy security.\nYou’ll turn complex engineering concepts into accurate, manufacturable solutions and work alongside exceptional colleagues to continuously improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of GlassPoint’s technology.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign Components and Assemblies\nDevelop and execute GlassPoint's European funding strategy aligned with our technology and commercial roadmap.\nIdentify, evaluate, and monitor European, national, and regional funding opportunities.\nAssess project eligibility and recommend the most suitable funding mechanisms.\nMaximize funding opportunities that accelerate technology deployment and commercial growth.\nSupport Manufacturing and Assembly\nLead competitive grant applications from concept to submission.\nCoordinate technical, commercial, and financial contributions across cross-functional teams.\nBuild strategic partnerships with customers, universities, research institutions, funding agencies, and consortium partners.\nDevelop compelling proposals, project plans, budgets, and funding strategies.\nShape our Design Processes\nManage the complete grant lifecycle from award through reporting and final audit.\nMonitor milestones, budgets, funding utilization, compliance, and project performance.\nPrepare technical and financial reports while ensuring successful project delivery.\nWho You Are\nYou’re someone who enjoys turning complex engineering concepts into precise, practical designs.\nYou combine strong technical expertise with a hands-on mindset and careful attention to detail.
