Working across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Delivery, Construction and HSE, you’ll help create safer, more efficient and repeatable ways of delivering our technology at scale.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop Manufacturing Processes\nSupport senior engineers in developing production concepts, equipment specifications, technical evaluations, trials and acceptance plans.\nTake increasing ownership of defined manufacturing processes, tooling packages, supplier actions and site-production workstreams as your capability grows.\nDevelop manufacturing processes, machine concepts and equipment specifications for GlassPoint's proprietary concentrating mirrors and film panels.\nApply DFMA, process capability, standard work, line balancing, cycle-time and capacity analysis to improve safety, quality, output and cost.\nBuild Tools and Production Systems\nCreate clear process documentation, work instructions, layouts, standard work and equipment records.\nHelp turn solar-field construction into a repeatable field-production system with defined workflows, work packages, tooling, crew structures and productivity measures.\nDevelop or specify production equipment, tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and handling solutions suited to factories and remote sites.\nChoose the right level of automation - from simple manual aids through mechanised tooling to automated equipment - based on volume, workforce capability, maintainability and economics.\nBuild Tools and Production Systems\nWork with external equipment builders, integrators and manufacturing partners through technical evaluation, design review, FAT, SAT, commissioning and ramp-up.\nCollect and analyse process data, cycle times, defects, downtime and labour productivity, turning evidence into practical improvement actions.\nWork across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Delivery, Construction and HSE, capturing lessons and improving each subsequent deployment.\nCommission and Continuously Improve\nCollect and analyse process data, cycle times, defects, downtime and labour productivity, turning evidence into practical improvement actions.\nWork across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Delivery, Construction and HSE, capturing lessons and improving each subsequent deployment.\nWho You Are\nYou’re a practical and curious engineer who wants to understand how products are made, how production systems work and how they can be improved.\nYou enjoy learning through direct experience in factories, supplier facilities and project sites. You’re reliable, adaptable and comfortable working through engineering problems, analysing data and getting hands-on with production processes and equipment.
