Job Description :
We are looking for a Gen AI Developer with 5 - 10 years of overall IT experience, including 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in LLM-based application development, prompt engineering, AI pipelines, and production deployment, along with good software engineering fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, function calling, and related frameworks.
- Work with both API-based and open-source LLMs to design and integrate AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize prompts to improve model accuracy, relevance, consistency, and overall output quality.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI/LLM pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model integration, evaluation, and deployment.
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Develop scalable AI workflows and improve the efficiency and reliability of Gen AI applications.
- Implement testing and validation strategies for AI models and LLM-based applications, including unit, integration, and model validation testing.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy AI solutions into production and monitor post-deployment performance.
- Review code, pipelines, prompts, and technical solutions to ensure quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation covering solution architecture, prompts, workflows, pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI development frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5 - 10 years of overall IT experience, including 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Generative AI.
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM application development.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and Function Calling.
- Experience working with API-based and open-source LLMs.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and embeddings.
- Proficiency in Python and good understanding of software development practices.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and data science tools such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform - AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of data pipelines, preprocessing, feature engineering, model integration, and evaluation.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, and production deployment.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
