The role will involve designing end-to-end AI solutions, guiding technical teams, working with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, secure, and responsible deployment of AI solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and architect end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions, from requirement gathering and data preparation through model development, deployment, and optimization.\n\n- Evaluate business requirements and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, architectures, and deployment approaches.\n\n- Design AI architectures covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model integration, inference, monitoring, and performance optimization.\n\n- Provide technical leadership to AI/ML engineering and data science teams.\n\n- Work with clients, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.\n\n- Design and implement solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and related AI technologies.\n\n- Work with Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, embeddings, LLMs, and other modern NLP techniques.\n\n- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for AI/ML solution development and deployment.\n\n- Apply data science and ML frameworks including Python, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, TensorFlow, and Keras.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Establish responsible AI practices covering data privacy, fairness, transparency, bias mitigation, and responsible data usage.\n\n- Evaluate AI models and solutions for accuracy, performance, scalability, and business effectiveness.\n\n- Stay current with emerging developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI automation, and machine learning.\n\n- Support project planning, technical estimation, milestones, and delivery in collaboration with project and delivery teams.\n\n- Mentor engineers and contribute to AI capability building and technical standards.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 10 - 15 years of overall experience in AI/ML, Data Science, AI Engineering, or related technology roles.\n\n- Strong experience in AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise-scale AI implementations.\n\n- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms including regression, decision trees, random forests, SVMs, and neural networks.\n\n- Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, Transformer models, LLMs, embeddings, and attention mechanisms.\n\n- Strong programming and data science experience with Python, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, and related frameworks.\n\n- Experience with TensorFlow/Keras or equivalent deep learning frameworks.\n\n- Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform -
