The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business requirements and technical implementation, with experience in designing, implementing, supporting, upgrading, and enhancing enterprise EPM solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.\n\n- Conduct fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, solution design, and functional specification activities.\n\n- Work with Finance and business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, consolidation, and reporting requirements.\n\n- Design, configure, implement, enhance, and support Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions.\n\n- Work across Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FCCS, and EPBCS/PBCS environments.\n\n- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, and Groovy Scripts.\n\n- Design and support data integrations using FDMEE / Data Management.\n\n- Develop and maintain reports using Financial Reporting, Financial Reporting Studio, and Smart View.\n\n- Perform system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.\n\n- Work with SQL and Oracle databases for data validation, troubleshooting, and integration requirements.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, Finance teams, and other technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end EPM solutions.\n\n- Prepare technical and functional documentation, including solution designs, specifications, test scenarios, and support documentation.\n\n- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to team members and business users.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 7 -
