You'll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.\nAbout the Role:\nGlean is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers in Canada connect complex business and technical challenges to practical outcomes with Glean. You will partner with Account Executives across the sales cycle, leading discovery, tailored demonstrations, technical evaluations, security conversations, and business-value discussions.\nYou will:\nPartner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including executive stakeholders.\nLead technical discovery with customers to understand business goals, workflows, technical requirements, stakeholders, and success criteria.\nCreate and demonstrate tailored customer environments based on industry, line of business, and customer use cases.\nPlan and manage technical proofs of concept (POCs), aligning scope, success criteria, and next steps with customers.\nLead customer-facing technical discussions, including security conversations, to address questions and build confidence in Glean’s security posture.\nWork cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, support customer requests, and represent the voice of the customer.\nDevelop ROI analyses, business cases, and presentations that connect technical fit to customer outcomes.\nAbout you:\n5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Consulting at a SaaS company.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience partnering with Account Executives on technical sales cycles with enterprise customers.\nA consultative approach to solving customer business challenges, with a track record of addressing technical and security objections.\nFamiliarity with at least one major cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).\nProficiency in Python or Java.\nAbility to configure, monitor, and maintain API-based integrations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nA motivated, self-starting approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.\nLocation:\nThis role is remote and must be based in Canada.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nThe standard on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $145,000-$220,000 annually (USD). Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
