Preparation, finishing and other general support tasks are also required. Electrical aptitude, ability to learn, flexibility and dependability are all essential. \n\nJob Responsibilities:\nLevel I\nElectrician\nField wire, terminate, troubleshoot\nReading, understanding, and correcting electrical schematics\nInstalling electrical components\nInstallation and termination of wires and cables\nInstallation and connection of pneumatic components\nPrinting and Installation of labels and tags\nCutting and preparing material for assembly\nCollecting and organizing components needed\nOrganization and cleanup of work areas\nUnderstand the build process \nInitial machine and component power-up\nFuse, input and output (I/O) checks\nTroubleshoot and debug (power on)\nUse test and diagnostic instruments such as digital multi-meters\nIdentify issues and work with Engineering for resolution (Redlines)\nSolder outlets, connectors, wires, etc.\nAssist with Mechanical Assembly as needed\n\nMechanical Assembler\nBuild/assemble subassemblies\nInstall subassemblies into main assembly\nCutting and preparing material for assembly\nCollecting and organizing components\nFollow build procedures and best practices\nIdentify and communicate build issues\nUse power tools in a safe and responsible manner\nDisassemble machines and prepare to ship\nMaintain a clean working area\nIdentify potential design issues and offer solutions\nBasic operation of tool room equipment (lathe, mill, drill press, etc.)\nBuild/assemble critical subassemblies (requires more attention to detail, precision)\nAssume Build Lead responsibility on specific machine builds\nTeach/train new hires/contractors\nRun cables and field wire\nLabel cables and I/O\nHelps to develop best practices and build procedures\nSupport Field Service through consultation and/or travel\n\nLevel II\nProficient in all of Level I responsibilities as well as:\n\nElectrician\nSetup hardware configuration\nLoad program to PLC\nSetup Robot and program\nAssist Engineering with hardware design\nTrain other employees as required\nProvide written and verbal support to Field Service\nAssist Machine Qualification Operators, Engineering and others during machine qualification/inspection process and root cause analysis activities\n\nMechanical Assembler\nWork with Engineering on development of subassemblies\nParticipate as an active member of design reviews\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\nProvide Logistics support (shipping, receiving, inventory mgmt. as required)\nQualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):\nStrong industrial electrical experience and aptitude.\nAbility to learn and progress.\nPunctuality and dependability.\nAttention to details.\nAbility to routinely lift, bend, climb ladders, balance\nAbility to move and carry items that are sometimes heavy.\nHave Strong Communication Skills\nWork effectively in a team environment\nSelf-starter.
