This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers and partners.\nIn this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination between sales, warehouse operations, plant management, distributors, and customers-ensuring seamless communication and support. Responsibilities include providing product information, managing orders and sample requests, supporting inventory control, and resolving customer concerns.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of products and inventory, enabling them to provide timely, accurate responses and deliver a high level of service to both internal teams and external customers.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:\nProvide product availability, pricing and technical information as required\nProcess orders, order changes, sample requests and shipment releases\nPrepare forecast and analysis as required\nPrepare bill of lading documents for outgoing shipments, calculate allowable weight to load on trucks, run shipping related reports\nParticipate in stock takes and inventory management\nProvide solutions to product complaints\nPrepare purchase orders and maintain minimum stock requirements\nBack up other customer service/dispatcher team members\nREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills\nGood organizational, analytical and computer skills\nAbility to be a team player\nStrong problem solving/conflict resolution skills\nKnowledge of business principles, customer service, accounting, marketing, manufacturing processes & materials, inventory control, quality assurance\nAbility to support a team environment, company policies, procedures, continuous improvement\nHands on experience working in a busy atmosphere and multitasking\nData entry, math, and computer skills including MS Word and
