AND RESPONSIBITIES:\nImport Warehouse and Inventory\nOversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, staging, packaging and shipping brick products or other related duties as assigned by Import/Export Sr. Mgmt.\nEnsure accurate inventory handling, documentation, and cycle counts.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.\nWork with Customer Service and Imports department to coordinate inbound and outbound freight for domestic and international shipments.\nAbility to coordinate and communicate clearly/directly with customer, sales team, customer service and other interested parties and departments.\nCollaborate with leadership to implement warehouse strategies that enhance operational efficiency, optimize capacity, reduce costs, and improve inventory management and customer service.\nWork with leadership to develop KPI’s that can be reported out on to Sr. Mgmt and used as targets to measure inventory accuracy, on time shipping, shipping accuracy and other targets as decided on by Imports Team.\nTeam Leadership\nSupervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse team members.\nProvide leadership that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nEnsure staff adhere to safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.\nSystems & Documentation \nUtilize ERP and logistics systems such as TMS, JDE, Sales Force and/or SAP for inventory, order processing, and shipment coordination.\nUse Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat) for reporting, communication, and documentation.\nMaintain accurate records for inventory transactions, shipping paperwork, and compliance documentation.\nFamiliarity or experience with developing and following quality processes, to include product gradings and adherence to company quality procedures.\nSafety & Compliance\nEnforce OSHA and company-specific safety policies.\nConduct regular safety inspections, equipment checks, and incident reporting.\nEnsure proper handling and storage practices for brick products and related materials.\nQualifications \n5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or related operations.\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead directing warehouse or operations teams.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the shift.\nProficiency with ERP systems (TMS, JDE, SAP).\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat).\nAbility to create reports, analyze data and report out KPI’s to Senior Manager. \nSolid understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse workflow.\nExperience with leading warehouse optimization and continuous improvement projects within a team setting.\nPreferred\nExperience in manufacturing or building materials industries.\nKnowledge of import/export operations, freight documentation, and compliance.\nEqual Opportunity
