They will be asked to maintain good relationships with the existing customer base, as well as targeting new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing sales revenue and profits by developing rapport and selling all our lines of masonry and ancillary products.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nEstablish accounts within the home builder community by developing long lasting business relationships with designers, architects, builders, general contractors and masons\nDrive sales through strategic product placement\nConsistently achieve sales account prospecting and development\nEducate and inform on all masonry and cladding product offerings\nNew Product Awareness/Launches\nHands on demonstrations when needed\nHelp in estimating if needed\nJob site visits and consulting\nWrite sales opportunities, quotes and orders\nCoordinate with purchasing, customer service, dispatch, yard staff and other Brickworks Supply employees throughout the sales process\nEffectively communicate with manufacturer reps and plants on products and orders\nWork hard to meet personal and team sales goals, quotas and deliverables\nAttend meetings, sales events and training sessions - Some evening and overnight travel to be required occasionally\nDevelop sales forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis\nReport and provide feedback to management team\nUnderstand, learn, and potentially develop new trends within the industry\nAll other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
