They will also be collaborating with innovative software, hardware, and service suppliers to develop, deliver, and maintain these systems.\nTo be successful, we are looking for someone who can find solutions to complex problems and demonstrates a high level of learning agility. Systems include autonomous and conventional fleet management, high precision guidance, geotechnical monitoring, operator safety, among others\nDevelop and leverage relationships across EVR operations and corporate offices to facilitate alignment of objectives and encourage communication and collaboration between operations in all geographic regions\nApply organizational change management techniques to derive more value from existing technologies and ensure maximum adoption of new technologies\nDevelop expertise and breadth of knowledge by performing cross-team support for other Operational Technology teams\nDevelop and maintain standards and documentation\nParticipate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support\nFacilitate and support cyber-security improvements, incident response, and forensics\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience\nTwo or more years of progressively senior level experience delivering and supporting information technology services in an industrial setting, preferably in mining\nExperience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server Operating Systems, virtualization and Active Directory \nKnowledge of networking fundamentals relating to wireless networking, firewalls, and knowledge of common network protocols\nDeployment and support of any of the
