Come experience what work life balance is all about!\nIn this role, you will:\nParticipate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies\nAssist in the coordination of maintenance projects in a processing plant, water treatment facility or in mobile maintenance with heavy duty mining equipment\nOrganize, schedule and monitor the status of maintenance projects\nMonitor project budgets and identify inefficiencies and offer cost effective solutions\nSupport operations and work with skilled trades to troubleshoot equipment failure and develop repair scopes of work\nCollaborate with engineering team to produce detailed designs for mechanical projects on site such as upgrades to equipment or building facilities\nSupport reliability maintenance initiatives including failure and root cause analysis\nCreate and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business\nRequirements:\nWorking towards an Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering\nA valid Class 5 Driver's License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner's restrictions\nComfortable working in a dynamic industrial work environment with a range of engineering, technical and operational personnel\nMotivated self-starter with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously\nStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and a solid understanding of AutoCAD and Solidworks would be
