mobile equipment failures and implement corrective actions \nOversee maintenance and repair activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability \nManage daily and weekly maintenance schedules to achieve schedule compliance and preventative maintenance targets \nLead employees and contractors through performance management, coaching, workforce planning and development \nCollaborate with tradespeople, planners, and operations teams to resolve maintenance issues and improve performance \nSource maintenance supplies, equipment and services within budget guidelines \nMonitor and manage key performance indicators including downtime, schedule compliance and labour productivity \nRequirements:\nTrade certification, technical diploma, or degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience \nMinimum five years of maintenance and reliability experience in a mining or industrial environment, including experience with large mobile equipment such as haul trucks up to 400-ton capacity, D10/D11 dozers, and 16M/24M graders\nExperience supervising or leading a team \nStrong digital literacy and proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite® \nValid Class 5 Driver’s License or
