You will carry out your outstanding project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Openings are available in our San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Santa Maria offices.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute audit/assurance engagements.\nIdentify business process risks and develop recommendations based on audits.\nPresent findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.\nOrganize and monitor the progress of client engagement in relation to budgets and due dates.\nManage day-to-day client relationships.\nFunction as communication channel between senior management, clients, and staff.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of three years of audit/assurance experience.\nSingle audit, not for profit, and for-profit audit experience.\nExperience with Caseware, Engagement Manager, and PPC.\nIn-depth knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).\nExcellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.\nSelf-motivator with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nA strong desire toward career advancement and goal toward future firm ownership.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.\nLicensed CPA or working towards becoming a licensed CPA. \nGovernmental audit experience.\nExperience with Data Snipper and Crunchafi (formerly LeaseCrunch).\nExperience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).\nWhat We Offer\nAs a firm, we offer great benefits, a competitive salary and a focus on mentorship and career advancement.
