This includes, but is not limited to, our global cash management, ensuring sufficient liquidity to legal entities, and refining our cash forecasting capabilities. This is a highly visible role with significant opportunity to make an impact, working closely with a variety of stakeholders including FP&A, Accounting, and Tax. This position will be located at our New York office and report to the Senior Director, Treasurer.\nSpecific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):\n· Bank Administration - Assist with the administration of banking platforms, including adding, removing, and updating users, updating bank signatories, responding to OFAC questionnaires, and FBAR filings.\n· Cash Management - Collaborate with Accounting in day-to-day cash management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank systems.\n· Cash Reporting - Assist with the production of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash reporting, including variance explanations for actual versus projected cash flow results.\n· Cash Forecasting - Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasting models including the direct method 13-week cash forecast. Ensure sufficient liquidity is available by legal entity to meet ongoing operational requirements.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n· BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field\n· 3-5 years of relevant work experience\n· Financial modeling experience in Excel, ideally in cash forecasting, and a working understanding of core accounting concepts\n· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)\n· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\n· Experience with Workday, Kyriba, CashPro, and/or HSBCnet preferred\n· Attention to detail, analytic consistency, and data integrity are required\n· Strong problem-solving and creative-solution skills, combined with a hands-on, get-it-done, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude\nWhat We Offer: \nBenefits: All U.S. GLGers also have access to benefits such as :\nComprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage effective on your first day of employment\nFlexible paid time off.
