We are looking for an analytical and strategic thinker that thrives in a fast-pace, dynamic environment and defaults to action. You'll play an integral role in analyzing financial results, building and maintaining various models and developing and tracking various KPIs. \nThis position will provide analysis and reporting to measure business performance and drive growth.The role involves significant exposure to and interaction with key business stakeholders and requires the candidate to demonstrate exceptional business acumen, maturity, and relationship-building capabilities. We are seeking a motivated self-starter with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and communications skills. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple high-priority projects, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial, can-do, get-things-done attitude. \nSpecific responsibilities include (but are not limited to): \nDevelop and improve company forecast and budget process \nVariance analysis based on a strong understanding of the company’s financial statement, including balance sheet and cashflow statement, in close collaboration with Accounting and Treasury. \nFP&A lead for various compliance disclosures, in close collaboration with Accounting. \nFinancial planning, reporting and analysis, which includes reporting on actual versus budget and P&L by business unit. \nDesigning dashboards in a financial planning system to streamline user inputs and to automate reporting on business KPIs. \nRefreshing and enhancing revenue, expense and operational metric reporting on a monthly basis. \nProduction of presentation materials for senior management and the board of directors. \nContributing to and eventually running monthly meetings with department leaders to review in detail how their expenses are tracking to identify areas of saving and potential budget risk. \nGathering insights and information for the regional FP&A teams to consolidate into the global reporting. \nAd hocprojects\nAn ideal candidate will have the following: \nBA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, and advanced degree is preferred. \n4-6 years of work experience, in investment banking, equity research or consulting, with previous experience building company 3 statement models a strict requirement. \nStrong technical skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are required. \nPrevious experience Adaptive Planning or other financial planning software is desired, must be comfortable working with large databases. \nStrong communication and presentation skills are required. \nMust have strong attention to detail with a devotion to accuracy and data integrity. \nAdaptable disposition, along with an ability to adjust to change and ad-hoc requests. \nWhat We Offer: \nBenefits: All U.S. GLGers also have access to benefits such as :\nComprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage effective on your first day of employment\nFlexible paid time off.
