GLG is building a next generation platform to transform the existing way we deal with data across the organization.\nAs a data engineer you will:\nCleanse, normalize and enhance quality for both the existing operational systems as well as new data sources that flow through the data platform.\nBuild, monitor, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL and Airflow.\nDesign and optimize tables, datasets, and transformations in Snowflake.\nDevelop and support data ingestion workflows, including API integrations, file ingestion, and database connectors.\nEnsure data quality, reliability, and performance across pipelines.\nWork in an Agile environment and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams.\nUse integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Workato, etc.) to onboard new data sources.\nYou will have:\n5-8 years of experience as a Data Engineer.\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Airflow.\nExperience building data ingestion pipelines across APIs, files, and databases.\nStrong SQL, Data Modeling skills, plus a solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts.\nExperience working in Agile teams (Scrum, sprint planning, etc.).\nExperience with data integration tools is preferred.\nKnowledge of data engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).\nExperience with Git, CI/CD.\nAbout GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group\nGLG is the world’s leading platform for trusted human expertise.
