This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.\nYou will act as a reverse engineer/general-purpose CNO software engineer for up-and-coming projects where you will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate solutions to provide mission-centric results.\nYou will work closely with analysts, operators, data scientists and other software engineers to provide mission tactical support.\nThis includes quick reaction operational support and the support of longer development lifecycles.\nYou will coordinate with analyst, operators, and other software engineers to develop requirements, and scope development lifecycle. \nResponsibilities:\nAugment existing toolsets.\nDerive, document, and analyze requirements. \nBuild prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.\nProduce end-to-end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints.\nProvide technical consulting support across various software products and technologies advising customers on operational direction \nTake part in peer code reviews to reduce defects\nKey Requirements:\nTo be considered for this position you must have the following:\nPossess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. \nU.S. Citizenship.\nProfessional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree. \nWorks well independently as well as on a team. \nStrong communication skills. \nRequired Skills:\nReverse engineering experience. \nAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teams including analysts, operators, and external development shops to deliver holistic software solutions\nProduce and modify software systems in C/C++/Python.\nProvide support for fielded software systems.\nFamiliarity with Git and Subversion.\nAtlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.\nExperience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded applications.\nExperience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit development.\nKnowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.\nExperience with production CNO capabilities and operations.\nLocation: Laurel, MD (onsite full time)\nSalary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $200,000 to $280,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications.
