This position is responsible for driving business development, growing customer relationships, achieving branch sales goals, and leading a high-performing team.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong experience in branch banking, commercial banking, business development, and/or commercial lending, along with proven leadership and customer relationship management skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage the overall sales, service, and operational performance of the branch.\nDevelop and execute branch business plans to achieve growth, revenue, and profitability goals.\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective consumer and commercial banking clients.\nGenerate new business through outbound business development, client referrals, networking, and community engagement.\nIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and financial solutions.\nPartner with internal product specialists and business teams to expand client relationships and cross-sell banking services.\nMonitor branch sales and customer service performance against established goals and objectives.\nRecruit, train, coach, and manage branch employees while promoting a strong sales and service culture.\nOversee employee performance, work assignments, development, and daily branch activities.\nEnsure branch operations comply with internal policies, procedures, applicable laws, and banking regulations.\nMaintain appropriate controls over branch assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.\nPrepare and review required financial, operational, and regulatory reports.\nRepresent the bank at community events, business organizations, and networking activities to develop relationships and generate new business.\nQualifications\n5+ years of banking or related financial services experience.\n3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.\n3-5 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of commercial lending and/or banking products.\nDemonstrated experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements, including balance sheets.\nStrong leadership, communication, presentation, and customer service skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate with customers, employees, senior management, and community partners.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nProfessional working proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.\nCompensation\nBase Salary: $67,000 - $120,000 per year\nFinal compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
