This role is responsible for driving business development, growing customer relationships, managing branch sales performance, and leading a high-performing team.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and commercial banking, proven leadership experience, and solid knowledge of banking products, commercial lending, and financial analysis.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the overall sales, service, and operational performance of the branch.\nDevelop and execute branch business plans to achieve revenue, deposit, lending, and profitability goals.\nBuild and maintain relationships with existing and prospective consumer and commercial banking clients.\nGenerate new business through outbound business development, community involvement, networking, and client referrals.\nIdentify client needs and introduce appropriate banking products and services.\nPartner with internal banking teams and product specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.\nMonitor branch sales and customer service performance against established goals and objectives.\nRecruit, train, coach, and manage branch employees while maintaining a strong performance-driven culture.\nOversee employee performance, work assignments, development, and day-to-day branch activities.\nEnsure branch operations comply with internal policies, procedures, banking regulations, and applicable laws.\nMaintain proper controls over branch assets, records, loan collateral, and securities.\nPrepare and review required financial, operational, and regulatory reports.\nRepresent the bank at community events and local organizations to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.\nQualifications\n5+ years of banking or related financial services experience.\n3+ years of supervisory or management experience.\nStrong experience in branch banking, business development, commercial banking, or commercial lending.\nSolid understanding of banking products and services, including deposit and lending products.\nAbility to read and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets.\nDemonstrated ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships.\nStrong leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.\nAbility to effectively communicate with customers, employees, senior management, and community partners.\nHigh school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.\nCompensation\nBase Salary: $71,000 - $140,000 per year\nFinal compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.\nWork Authorization\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
