This hybrid role based in Pittsfield, MA involves developing and configuring solutions to complex engineering challenges, testing and troubleshooting in a lab environment, and creating documentation in support of a rigorous engineering process. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to government security clearance requirements, and candidates must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and configure infrastructure solutions to complex mission-critical engineering problems in support of U.S. Navy programs\nEvaluate systems, networks, and information systems to ensure designs meet applicable government security specifications\nIdentify, analyze, and resolve system design weaknesses across hardware and infrastructure environments\nDevelop system security documentation and support system accreditation, certification evaluation, and test activities\nGenerate and support technical engineering products throughout the full system development lifecycle\nContribute to the engineering framework used across multiple products and systems to shape future capabilities\nTest and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions in a controlled lab environment\nCreate comprehensive documentation to support a rigorous and compliant engineering process\nIdentify and apply AI-driven opportunities for continuous improvement and operational innovation\nCollaborate daily with an agile team to problem-solve and ensure commitments to the U.S. Navy mission are met\nMandatory Skills\nU.S. Citizenship required -
