This role is responsible for managing cross-functional delivery teams, driving Agile execution, overseeing multi-million-dollar technology investments, and ensuring successful program outcomes.\nImportant: Candidates must have proven experience managing technology programs with budgets of at least $5 million.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery and stabilization.\n\nOwn a portfolio of multiple initiatives and coordinate software, infrastructure, and operational delivery teams.\n\nDevelop integrated technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.\n\nManage program prioritization, dependencies, sequencing, and value realization.\n\nOversee Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.\n\nMonitor delivery performance, program health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.\n\nOwn program financials, including budgets, forecasts, funding, milestones, and ROI.\n\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Finance teams to drive strategic decisions.\n\nPrepare executive-level presentations, governance reviews, and roadmap updates.\n\nMentor Project Managers and promote continuous improvement across delivery practices.\n\nMandatory Skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.\n\n8+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Engineering, or Program Management.\n\n3+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology programs or value streams.\n\nProven experience managing $5M+ technology program budgets.\n\nStrong experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks.\n\nExperience managing software delivery and enterprise technology initiatives.\n\nStrong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning experience.\n\nExcellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\n\nAbility to manage risks, dependencies, governance, and cross-functional teams.\n\nNice-to-Have Skills\nTelecommunications, Broadband, Cable, or Mobile industry experience.\n\nKnowledge of DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, PON, LTE/5G technologies.\n\nExperience with Cloud Platforms, APIs, DevOps, and SDN/NFV.\n\nPMP Certification (Highly Preferred).\n\nMaster's Degree or MBA.\n\nExperience presenting financial and program
