This role serves as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, operations, and manufacturing to support new product development, quotations, project execution, and ongoing production support.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers regarding current and new programs\nManage customer relationships and support new business opportunities\nCoordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are met\nPrepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and cost reduction initiatives\nReview customer design requirements and coordinate DFM/DRC feedback\nSupport project planning activities, milestones, and delivery schedules\nParticipate in customer meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions\nCoordinate issue resolution between customers, suppliers, overseas teams, and internal departments\nSupport Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) activities and DOE coordination\nDrive process improvement, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives\nPrepare forecasts and support program reporting activities\nConduct regular customer visits and maintain strong business relationships\nGather industry trends and competitive market information\nCoordinate conference calls and project updates with global teams as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in PCB/Flex PCB manufacturing, engineering, program management, or related industries\nStrong understanding of fabrication drawings, BOMs, electronic schematics, and manufacturing processes\nExperience supporting customer programs within electronics manufacturing environments\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, ECAM, or related engineering software\nExcellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)\nBilingual English/Mandarin is a plus, but not required\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Flex PCB (FPCB/FPBC) manufacturing processes\nCustomer-facing experience including presentations, meetings, and project coordination\nExperience supporting moderately complex manufacturing or engineering programs\nExperience working with overseas suppliers and global
