Manager to lead multi-million-dollar global infrastructure programs spanning network, compute, data centers, cloud, and trading infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead complex, multi-workstream infrastructure programs from charter to closure\nBuild charters, roadmaps, governance, RACI, and KPIs/KRIs\nCoordinate Network, Compute, Cloud, Data Center, Trading Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Finance, and vendor teams\nOwn integrated plans, critical paths, RAID, and change control\nManage budgets, forecasts, and financial variances\nRun executive steering committees with decision-ready reporting\nInfluence senior stakeholders and global teams without direct authority\nMandatory Skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field\n10+ years in technical program management, including 5+ years leading enterprise network or infrastructure programs\nProven delivery of multi-million-dollar, multi-workstream global programs\nExperience authoring charters,
