This position is responsible for maintaining critical systems that support business operations 24/7/365 while helping lead cloud migration efforts and infrastructure modernization initiatives. This role has a strong focus on Entra/M365 and requires experience in conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join. This position includes a rotating on-call shift (1 week every 5 weeks).\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and advance virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure supporting 24/7/365 operations\nLead and support cloud migration efforts and infrastructure modernization initiatives\nAdminister Entra/M365 environments, including conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join\nAdminister VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies\nManage Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management\nSupport Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments\nManage virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms\nSupport data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices\nFollow configuration management and change control processes\nParticipate in rotating on-call shift (1 week every 5 weeks)\nMandatory Skills\n7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environment\nStrong experience with Entra/M365, including conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join\nExtensive experience administering VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management\nExperience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments\nExperience managing virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms\nKnowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices\nStrong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies\nProficiency with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or
