This position is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing execution experience, hands-on technical problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage customer-facing operational challenges.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a production setting, works effectively across engineering and operations teams, and can lead complex manufacturing activities from launch through stabilization.\nResponsibilities\nLead cross-functional manufacturing programs focused on process optimization, production readiness, operational recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives\nCoordinate activities related to tooling, automation systems, fixtures, and production equipment to ensure stable manufacturing execution\nProvide on-site support during production trials, line launches, engineering changes, and escalation events\nInvestigate manufacturing and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions through closure\nPartner with Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and external vendors to improve yield, uptime, throughput, and process stability\nAct as a key liaison for customers regarding program updates, technical concerns, manufacturing readiness, and issue resolution\nMonitor project schedules, execution risks, open action items, and recovery plans to maintain operational targets\nSupport implementation and validation of new manufacturing processes, tooling modifications, and automation integration activities\nCollaborate with overseas engineering and supplier teams to align timelines, technical requirements, and production deliverables\nTrack and report operational KPIs including scrap, downtime, cycle time, output, and launch performance\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline\nMinimum 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, process engineering, NPI, or technical program/project management within an industrial environment\nStrong hands-on understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, automated systems, and production processes\nExperience troubleshooting and supporting production-related technical issues directly on the manufacturing floor\nAbility to manage competing priorities and drive issue resolution in high-pressure production environments\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer interaction experience\nFamiliarity with structured problem-solving methodologies and manufacturing process controls\nEnglish communication proficiency required\nPreferred Experience\nMandarin/English bilingual capability preferred\nBackground working with global manufacturing organizations or cross-border engineering teams\nExperience with automation equipment, sensors, PLC-integrated systems, vision inspection, or poka-yoke solutions is a plus\nExposure to tooling validation, supplier coordination, process qualification, or manufacturing ramp activities preferred\nAdditional Information\nFull-time onsite role located in Dallas, TX\nSignificant shop-floor interaction and operational support required\nAbility to support extended hours during launches, escalations, or critical production events\nCompensation range: $100K -
