The ideal candidate owns the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding - while maintaining a W2-only submission approach aligned to our client delivery standards. This is a night shift remote role aligned to US business hours.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and recruit IT candidates exclusively on a W2 basis for Tier 1 enterprise client requirements\nManage end-to-end recruitment across Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Full-Stack, AI/ML, Healthcare IT, and other technical domains\nSource IT professionals using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS databases\nScreen candidates thoroughly for technical fit, W2 compensation expectations, availability, and work authorization\nNegotiate W2 pay rates and contract terms directly with candidates\nSubmit qualified W2 candidate profiles to Tier 1 clients within defined turnaround times\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of W2-eligible active and passive IT professionals\nCollaborate with Account Managers and Client Engagement teams managing Tier 1 client accounts\nMaintain accurate and updated candidate records and submission tracking in the ATS\nBuild long-term candidate relationships and serve as a trusted career partner\nMandatory Skills\n1-5 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience with a strong focus on W2 candidate sourcing and placement\nProven experience working with Tier 1 staffing clients or large enterprise accounts\nStrong working knowledge of W2 employment terms, pay structures, and tax implications\nSolid understanding of US visa classifications -
