Strong English communication skills and willingness to work night shifts (US hours) are a must.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource IT candidates using job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and CareerBuilder\nScreen candidates for technical fit, availability, compensation, and work authorization\nCoordinate with senior recruiters and account managers on open requirements\nSubmit qualified profiles within defined turnaround times\nMaintain candidate records accurately in the ATS (Manatal or similar)\nBuild and nurture relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities\nLearn and apply knowledge of US tax terms, visa classifications, and staffing processes\nRequired Skills\n0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or US IT staffing (freshers welcome)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English\nBasic awareness of US tax terms - W2, C2C, 1099\nBasic awareness of US visa types - H1B, OPT, GC, USC, H4-EAD, TN\nGood understanding of IT roles and technologies is a plus\nComfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones (EST/CST/PST)\nSelf-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven\nGood to Have\nAny internship or training in US IT staffing or HR recruitment\nFamiliarity with Boolean search for candidate sourcing\nBasic knowledge of ATS platforms (Manatal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar)\nExposure to IT domains -
