Se trata de una posición orientada a la captación y desarrollo de clientes particulares, combinando labores de atención comercial, telemarketing y gestión de campañas comerciales desde oficina.\n¿Cómo será tu día a día ?\nContacto telefónico con potenciales clientes (B2C) y clientes existentes.\n\nDesarrollo de acciones de telemarketing y seguimiento comercial.\n\nGestión y cierre de oportunidades de venta.\n\nAsesoramiento y orientación al cliente sobre productos y servicios tecnológicos.\n\nSeguimiento de campañas comerciales y acciones promocionales.\n\nElaboración y actualización de ofertas comerciales.\n\nFidelización y gestión de la cartera de clientes.\n\nRegistro y seguimiento de la actividad comercial en las herramientas internas.\n\nLo que buscamos\nExperiencia previa en posiciones comerciales, venta telefónica o atención al cliente.\n\nExperiencia en la comercialización de productos y/o servicios tecnológicos.\n\nPerfil dinámico, comunicativo y orientado a objetivos.\n\nCapacidad para detectar necesidades y convertirlas en oportunidades de negocio.\n\nBuen manejo de herramientas informáticas y entorno Office.\n\nPersona organizada, proactiva y con orientación a resultados.\n\nCatalán y castellano fluidos (imprescindible).\n\n¿Quiénes somos?\nSomos Glintt Global, una compañía tecnológica de referencia en la Península Ibérica, con más de 30 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones innovadoras que impactan directamente en la calidad de vida de las personas.
