You will play an important role in supporting employees, maintaining IT systems and resolving technical issues to enable an efficient and productive working environment.\nThe Role\nProvide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, printers and standard business applications.\nManage user accounts, password resets and access requests through Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.\nTroubleshoot basic network connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi and Microsoft 365 application issues.\nSupport IT asset allocation, inventory management and hardware lifecycle tracking.\nLog, categorise, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests through JIRA Service Management.\nMaintain IT documentation, follow established SOPs and ensure compliance with IT security policies.\nAdhere to defined SLAs and IT service management processes.\nDeliver responsive and professional end-user support, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.\nThe Person\nGraduate in any discipline;
