Someone with a strong visual eye, excellent editing instincts, and a deep understanding of what makes content perform across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and paid social. This role is ideal for a modern video creator who can shoot, edit and optimise content end-to-end, move quickly, test ideas, and turn everyday moments into polished, scroll-stopping video. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up on social - creating content that feels current, credible and performance-driven. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to translate strategy and insights into engaging short-form and mid-form video that builds trust, drives action and brings our brand story to life.\nThe Role:\nVideo Production & Editing\nPlan, shoot and edit social-first video content, with a strong focus on short-form, high-impact storytelling for organic and paid social. \nOwn the full production process - from lighting, camera and audio setup to editing, colour grading, sound design, captions and motion graphics. \nProduce platform-optimised edits, including multiple cutdowns, hooks, formats and variations tailored to Meta and YouTube. \nEnsure all video content aligns with brand guidelines while staying visually modern, engaging and trend aware. \nDeliver performance-ready content designed to stop the scroll and drive engagement, awareness and conversions.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with the marketing team and school leadership to align video content with campaign goals, messaging and performance insights.\nTake creative direction while confidently contributing ideas that elevate output and improve results.\nCreative Development & Content Management\nProactively contribute creative ideas, trends and formats to enhance video performance and storytelling.\nStay up to date with evolving social video styles, editing techniques and platform trends, applying them thoughtfully within a K-12 education context.\nSupport scripting shot lists and mood boards to ensure shoots are efficient and content is fit for brief.\nOrganise and manage footage, edits and project files to support future reuse, testing and iteration.\nThe Person:\nQualifications and Experience\n5+ years’ experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio of social-first, high-quality video content.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of Photoshop.
