In this role, you will focus on testing and verification of complex RF systems and act as a key interface between engineering, quality, and external test laboratories.\nYour Responsibilities\nPerform RF measurements and verification on system level and subassemblies\nOperate RF test equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generator, oscilloscope)\nSpecify, plan and support qualification and environmental tests (e.g. MIL, AECTP) with external labs\nAnalyze measurement results and derive corrective and improvement actions\nPerform structured fault isolation and root cause analysis on module and system level\nDefine and develop test concepts, procedures, and acceptance criteria\nSupport test automation and data evaluation (e.g. Python, Excel)\nCollaborate closely with R&D, production, and external partners\nYour Profile\nDegree in Electrical Engineering (EFZ / HF / FH / Bachelor or equivalent)\nExperience in RF testing and measurement environments\nHands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g. VNA, spectrum analyzer)\nExperience in systematic troubleshooting and analysis of electronic systems\nStrong analytical skills and structured working approach\nGood English skills (ability to read and understand technical documentation and datasheets)\nExperience with qualification testing (MIL, AECTP) or external test labs is a plus\nVery good written and spoken German; good English skills are desirable\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with test automation (Python, SCPI/VISA)\nKnowledge of environmental and temperature testing\nExperience in statistical analysis and quality processes\nSMD soldering or hardware debugging skills\nWe offer you\nThe opportunity to play an active and meaningful role in shaping the future of our globally active company and to develop yourself within the company.
