This role plays a key role in ensuring the services of the team result in high levels of customer happiness, higher digital client spend and minimal campaign delivery issues.\nThis role will support the existing AdOps Execs day to day by managing the G:Plan booking approvals, forecasting and some campaign set up along with adhoc tasks and projects.\n3 best things about the job\nYou'll be working fully trained in how to approve G:Plans\nA full and clear understanding of how to forecast campaigns\nSet up some DAX campaigns\nBeen given responsibility for a particular tasks\nResponsibilities of the role\nWorking with other members of the Digital Advertising Operations Team to assist in the management of all digital audio, display, app and mobile campaigns\nAssist the Ops Execs by sourcing and distributing Audio to the team\nOwning the Enterprise campaigns across DAX and Display\nEnsuring standard daily reporting is completed for the team\nRunning avails across DAX and Display to help sales plan their campaigns\nManager Audio Filler Campaigns and supervising delivery\nSupervising and optimising all campaigns across DAX and Display to ensure both revenue and performance can be improved and meet agreed client critical metrics\nProviding Sales and other partners receive the accurate campaign reports and analytics to ensure campaign monitoring and delivery\nParticipating in operations, ad technology and other internal and external projects which drive the revenue and goals of Global and DAX\nWhat you will need\nThe ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:\nExcellent attention to detail a must\nPassionate about operational processes and customer service\nGraduate wanting to get experience within Digital Advertising\nAbility to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nExcellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills\nOrganised & patient with the ability to
