We’re a fast-moving, highly collaborative company where innovation, creativity, ownership, and impact are part of everyday work.\nWe are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Growth team and play a key role in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing the company’s overall performance across customers.\nThe role focuses on defining event tracking, attributes, and properties mapping, analyzing conversion funnels, and identifying trends or issues using web analytics tools. You will work closely with R&D, Professional Services, Product managers, and the Business Intelligence team to ensure data integrity, validate tracking implementations, support new feature launches, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate is highly independent, curious, and proactive, with a strong drive to uncover root causes and continuously learn new tools and methods to solve complex analytical challenges.\nResponsibilities:\nDefine, implement, and maintain event tracking, attributes, and properties across web and product platforms \nGather and analyze data from multiple sources, including web analytics, internal systems, session recordings, and online browsing activities \nConduct in-depth analyses of customers conversion funnels and trends to identify optimization opportunities, as well as raise alerts and potential issues \nMonitor KPIs related to conversion, engagement, and overall company performance \nGuide and support our e-commerce funnel optimization with data backed insights. \nCollaborate with R&D, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define tracking needs, raise alerts, and support new feature launches \nEnsure web analytics data is accurately reflected in BI dashboards and reports, enabling reliable decision-making and insights \nConduct and analyze AB testing together with the Payments, Product and Professional Services teams, to measure the effect of new features, payment methods and other growth initiatives for our customers, and provide recommendations and conclusions. \nProvide actionable, data-backed insights to support company-wide strategy and analytical projects \nTake initiative to learn independently, adopt new analytical approaches, and work autonomously on complex problems \nRequirements\nBSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Statistics, or related analytical field \n2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer-focused or digital analytics roles \nStrong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Shopify Analytics, Adobe Analytics) \nExperience with AB testing and Product Analytics \nProficiency in SQL and large and complex data sets \nHigh proficiency in Excel \nExperience working with BI tools- preferably QlikSense \nSolid understanding of conversion funnels, event tracking, and data quality validation \nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, tech, and BI \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills \nDetail-oriented with strong business understanding, analytical depth and ability to manage large, complex datasets \nI ndependent, proactive, and quick learner with strong self-motivation and ownership mindset \nFluent in English, both written and
