You will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to drive operational excellence, improve processes, and support the continued growth of the business.\nThis is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, operational ownership, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage a growing Finance Operations team across Israel and Romania.\nRecruit, onboard, train and develop team members.\nOwn and manage Finance Operations processes and workflows supporting our merchants.\nOversee key financial processes, including merchant invoicing, reconciliation, and merchant payments.\nEnsure operational processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency, and drive their implementation.\nManage the day-to-day activities and priorities of the Finance Operations team.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Development, Database/DB, Project Management, Account Management, and other stakeholders across the organization.\nLead and support complex financial and operational analyses, translating data into actionable insights.\nInvestigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions through to resolution.\nEstablish and maintain operational procedures, controls, and best practices within the team and across cross-functional teams.\nSupport the team through a rapidly changing and demanding business environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.\nRequirements\n1-3 years of management experience, preferably managing international teams.\nProven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within a technology/high-tech company.\nStrong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
