We’re a fast-moving, highly collaborative company where innovation, creativity, ownership, and impact are part of everyday work.\nWe are looking for a NOC Engineer to join our growing TechOPS team.\nThe position consists of 4 shifts a week on nights and weekends in our R&D Center in Petach Tikva.\nThis position provides a great opportunity to enter the high-tech world and relevant for for students and graduates of technical degree or equivalent experience.\nResponsibilities include debugging complex technical issues, investigating logs, writing SQL queries and monitoring our services.\nRequirements\nFluency in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).\nAt least two years of academic studies remaining.\nWillingness to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability for at least two-night shifts per week (mandatory).\nProven experience working with SQL and a solid understanding of programming languages (mandatory).\nKnowledge of network monitoring concepts and familiarity with relevant tools such as Coralogix, Grafana, Datadog, Postman, and Jira.\nStrong team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.\nGlobal-e is an equal opportunity employer.
