As a Software Engineer Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the design, quality, and delivery of the systems your team owns.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn the design, architecture, and delivery of core services and tools your team builds, from technical decisions to rollout.\nLead your team in building secure, scalable systems - including authentication, authorization, and permissions services - used across the company.\nSet the technical bar for your team: code quality, testing, and delivery practices.\nPartner with other engineering teams to align on architecture and integration points.\nMentor and grow engineers on your team, giving them room to take on more responsibility and develop.\nRun your systems end-to-end, including operational health and incident response.\nRequirements\nYou Are:\nA leader: You have a proven track record of leading teams to success and are comfortable making strategic decisions that drive the team forward.\nTeam-oriented: You prioritize the success of your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel.
