maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.\nAssisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.\nPreparing meeting and training rooms.\nAnswering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.\nAssisting colleagues with administrative tasks.\nPerforming ad-hoc administrative duties.\nAnswering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.\nSorting and distributing mail.\nHiring, managing, and developing the junior administrative team.\nProvide excellent customer service.\nScheduling appointments.\nThe ideal candidate:\nWill have a degree in tourism.\nPrior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.\nConsistent, professional dress, and manner.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nGood time management skills.\nExperience
