Join our dynamic and engaged team today!\nAfter Hours Response Coordinator - WHAT YOU’LL DO\nYou’ll be a Response Coordinator where your primary focus is managing after-hours requests for emergency services and escalations, working to make sure our clients are happy and are being provided the best service possible.\nShift: Currently the need is below\nTuesday: 6pm-11pm EST\nWednesday: 6pm-11pm EST\nFriday: 6pm-1130pm EST\nSaturday: 12pm-10pm EST\nSunday: 1230pm-6pm EST\nPosition Responsibilities:\nHandle all emergency after hour’s service request according to established department policies and procedures.\nMake decisions regarding accounts after hours.\nSchedule and update service calls with all appropriate parties \nConfirm satisfactory completion of service calls on behalf of Corporate Facilities Dept and Global.\nProvide timely feedback to Clients, on call team and correct team in the office regarding service failures or customer concerns.\nPartner with vendors to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.\nNegotiate vendor’s quotes and proposals while vendors are onsite and provide real time price updates to Clients.\nDraft new customer proposals. Ensure customers are informed of all NTE increases needed.\nProcess high volume of data and calls while inputting information into the appropriate technologies. \nEffectively interface with clients’ Corporate Facility Department.\nHandle escalations regarding contractor errors for a service.\nHandle all emergency requests in a highly expedited manner by oneself\nCommunicate issues, changes and updates within the team to the department manager.\nTrain and motivating the team.\nImplement experience and knowledge to ensure the proper and timely completion of projects\nPerform other related duties as assigned to include working Holidays when required and scheduling service requests for the following morning.\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou’re a people person, with a personal commitment to keeping clients happy, and on occasion, making someone’s day.
