Join our dynamic and engaged team today!\nAssistant Project Manager - WHAT YOU’LL DO Provide support to a team of project managers by successfully completing and managing multiple tasks throughout the numerous stages of managing projects.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nExperience in project coordination or project management, with the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines.\nSkills in expediting and working as an expeditor to move materials, approvals, and tasks through the project lifecycle efficiently.\nKnowledge of inspection processes, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up on findings.\nLogistics management skills to coordinate technicians, vendor partners, materials, and schedules across various locations.\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.\nProficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.\nAbility to work on-site in Melville, NY, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities.\nRelevant experience in facility management, construction, or related fields preferred.\nAssist in procuring pricing bids from pre-qualified subcontractors and technicians.\nComplete all assigned project implementation tasks by set deadlines.\nTraining on Mold remediation will be ongoing you may be asked to attend training and seminars and be cross trained.\nAssist in coordinating project scheduling requirements with contractors, Landlord agents, and Clients.
