Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.\nRole Overview\nThe Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Manager will lead the strategy, implementation, governance, and ongoing operations of the organization's enterprise DLP program. This role will establish and mature DLP capabilities designed to protect sensitive and regulated information across Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud applications, and other data environments.\nThe DLP Manager will partner with Cybersecurity, Information Protection, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Infrastructure, Identity, Endpoint, and business stakeholders to translate data protection requirements into effective DLP policies and controls. The role will own key components of the DLP policy lifecycle, including testing, piloting, deployment, monitoring, and tuning, while balancing security objectives with user experience, business productivity, regulatory requirements, and operational risk.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide technical leadership and hands-on support for DLP across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and supported cloud services.\nConfigure and administer DLP policies, rules, alerts, incidents, notifications, and reporting.\nEstablish and maintain DLP governance, standards, processes, and procedures.\nLead the continuous maturity of DLP capabilities across Microsoft 365 and endpoint environments.\nDevelop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting for the DLP program.\nPartner with application, data, endpoint, identity, security architecture, and business teams to implement effective DLP controls.\nSupport audits, regulatory examinations, risk assessments, and control testing.\nDevelop training and awareness programs to improve understanding of DLP controls.\nEvaluate new DLP capabilities and determine their applicability to the organization.\nLead DLP policy lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, monitoring, tuning, and recertification.\nQualifications You Must Have\nTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.\n7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information protection, data security, or a related technology discipline.\n3+ years of experience leading or managing DLP, information protection, or similar security programs.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities.\nExperience developing, implementing, and operating enterprise security policies and controls.\nExperience with Microsoft 365 services and enterprise identity and endpoint technologies.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience developing executive-level reporting, metrics, and program roadmaps.\nQualifications We Prefer\nMicrosoft certifications related to Security, Compliance, Identity, or Microsoft 365.\nExperience implementing DLP across Microsoft 365, endpoints, cloud applications, and Microsoft Defender.\nExperience with DLP automation, remediation, and integration with SIEM/SOAR platforms.\nKnowledge of data classification, information governance, privacy regulations, and modern data protection architectures.\nExperience leading DLP programs and cybersecurity teams within large or highly regulated enterprises.\nLearn More & Apply Now!\nWork Location\nThis is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
