This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and leadership to achieve set goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.\nJob Responsibilities\nProvide Software Quality Assurance/Control as per DO-178 B/C to the Software projects.\nAwareness and compliance as per DO330, DO331 to the Software projects.\nDevelop/Maintain Quality Assurance plan for the projects\nPerform stage gate reviews, Sample review, thread audit, Process audits on all the deliverables and complete conformity checks.\nPerforming test environment audit before the formal testing activities begin\nSupport SOI audits, Customer audits, as and when required\nMember of CCB/DCCB meetings and approve the release of different lifecycle artefacts\nSupport the Quality Management System to meet the requirements of AS9100D by performing Internal Process Audit and other Quality audits\nProviding support to the development teams for methods and tools use\nProposing Continuous improvements in the project\nVerifying the consistency, the completeness and accuracy of the quality documents of the software and hardware\nPerform supplier audit if the work has been outsourced to any other supplier\nKey Responsibilities:\nQuality Assurance and Compliance\nRisk Management and Issue Resolution\nProcess Improvement and Efficiency\nTechnical and Leadership Excellence\nInnovation and Intellectual Property\nDocumentation and Knowledge Management\nProficiency and Development\nBasic Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred with 12-15 Yrs of experience\nProven experience in engineering management with a strong track record of achieving quality and performance goals.\nDemonstrated leadership skills and experience in driving process improvements and risk management.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.\nAt RTX, the world largest aerospace and defense company, 185,000 great minds are united by purpose and inspired to make a difference solving the world’s most complex problems.
