The candidate will report directly to the Logistics Supervisor and will be responsible to work directly with the manufacturing lines in Enfield, NS in their logistics functions including WIP and inventory management, and customer deliveries.\nThis is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexibility available, based in Enfield, Nova Scotia, and performed exclusively on-site.\nWhat will you day look like?\nAnalyze priorities for scheduling purposes\nPlan production scheduling based on machine capacity and priorities.\nTrack and prioritize quality notifications\nMonitor production parts and the progress of priority parts. Route parts to the right customer (engine center, aftermarket, experimental, NGPF)\nFollow up on the delivery of parts and communicate with our internal and external customers\nInitiate and support continuous improvement projects\nEnsure emergency management according to customer requirements\nCollaborate and communicate closely with industrial engineering, production, quality, procurement and customer service teams\nEffectively communicate and summarize risks to different stakeholders\nWhat do you need to be successful?\nDegree or diploma in relevant field with minimum 1-3 years of experience, \nStrong with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and strong in data manipulation and analysis.
